Objective
Beat the dealer by getting a hand value closer to 21 without going over. If you go over 21, you "bust" and lose automatically.
Card Values
- Number Cards (2-10): Face value
- Face Cards (J, Q, K): Worth 10 points
- Ace: Worth 1 or 11 points (whichever is better for your hand)
Example: Ace + 7 = 18 (Ace counts as 11). Ace + 7 + 6 = 14 (Ace counts as 1 to avoid busting).
Game Actions
- HIT: Take another card.
- STAND: Keep your current hand and end your turn.
- DOUBLE DOWN: Double your bet, receive exactly one more card.
- SPLIT: Split a pair into two hands, each with its own bet.
- INSURANCE: When the dealer shows an Ace, bet half your wager. Pays 2:1 if dealer has Blackjack.
Payouts
- Regular Win: 1:1 payout
- Blackjack: 3:2 payout
- Insurance Win: 2:1 payout
- Push (Tie): Bet returned
